As Senior Talent Manager, you will be challenged to develop and implement VodafoneZiggo Talent Strategy to become the employer of choice for current and future talent.

This is what you do

This role provides you the opportunity to bring thought leadership on Talent Management into VodafoneZiggo, develop and implement VodafoneZiggo Talent Strategy and drive highly engaging Talent experience in VodafoneZiggo. You ensure continues alignment of talent strategy with the needs and demands of the company as we become a digital telco. In this role you will align with senior leadership, senior management, HR BP’s and employees to design and deliver future proof talent journeys (e.g. performance & succession).

Furthermore you:

  • Align and work with shareholders on international talent & succession processes and programs;
  • Drive the performance and calibration, development and succession of the top 1-leaders in VodafoneZiggo;
  • Build Talent strategy capabilities of line management and HR business partnering;
  • Position VodafoneZiggo as an exciting and attractive employer for people who are keen to learn, grow and maximize their potential.

Team Up

As Senior Talent Manager you will be part of the People Development & Leadership Team within the HR department. You will be reporting into the Director People Development & Leadership and will work closely with other talent managers in the team.

Although we have been working mostly from home last year, the role is based in our state of the art central office in Utrecht. This is where you will feel at home. Thanks to:

Got what it takes?

We look for people with a blend of the following skills:

  • Master’s degree combined with at least 7 years of in depth experience in talent strategy and development;
  • Thought leader;
  • Proven ability in assessing talent potential across different groups in an organization (leadership, senior management and talent groups);
  • Strong problem solving ability, creative thinker and customer orientation;
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a team player;
  • Experience in a organization with 5000+ employees as well as M&A experience is preferred;
  • Skilled communicator in Dutch & English;
  • Program management is highly preferred.
