MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
HR tasks:

  • Contracts, amendments, policies, local documents, and registrations
  • The point of contact with local and central payroll agencies and in charge of the collection of all the payroll information every month
  • The point of contact with legal firms to solve labor law issues (dismissal rules, termination procedures, tax issues)
  • In charge of health and safety local regulation (if any)
  • In charge of managing the onboarding and offboarding of the employees in terms of facilities and tools management, welcome meeting, exit interviews, ensuring a world-class employee experience
  • Support on talent management, performance management, and improvement systems, IDPs discussions, team problems, productivity, engagement, employee orientation, development, and training;
  • Lead team building activities
  • Update all HR systems with the relevant employee information
  • Support the central Talent Acquisition team on candidate experience, interview coordination and potential support in sourcing and screening
  • Support the TA team copyrighting and translating employer branding or job description materials
  • Participate in some recruiting processes as an interviewer
  • Extract data point from the HR systems and prepare reports


REQUIREMENTS

  • Native level of Dutch + excellent command of English
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR in The Netherlands
  • Knowledge of Dutch employment and contract law would be advantageous
  • Experience recruiting for commercial roles, such as B2B sales, partnerships, marketing, and operations would be beneficial but not necessary
